Our Story
Grow Learn started back in 2011 when our founder got frustrated running training programs that nobody remembered. She started small — just 3 people in a tiny office — testing different approaches. The first big break came when a manufacturing plant asked us to fix their leadership problems. We did something different. Listened hard, built custom stuff, and measured what actually changed. It worked. That success taught us something valuable: cookie-cutter training doesn't cut it. From there, we grew organically. Picked up clients through referrals. Built our team with people who genuinely care about learning outcomes. Today we're 16 people strong, but we've stayed scrappy and focused on what matters.

Started this whole thing in 2011 after getting fed up with useless training. Thandi's got 24 years in organizational development and a stubborn belief that people can actually change. She still designs most programs and absolutely refuses to let anything mediocre leave this office.
